I'm a PR strategist, chartered PR practitioner and former BBC and ITN television news reporter with more than 27 years' combined experience.
I've held senior communication roles for some of the world's highest-profile companies, including BAE Systems, Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Network Rail, Eurotunnel and Bechtel.
And I've helped build the reputations of many start-ups from infancy, to launch and beyond.
